3-Ingredient Guilt Free Cookie Dough

We all know that feeling when you are really craving some raw cookie dough. Not only is it not recommended that we do not eat raw eggs that most store bought cookie doughs contain, but they are also filled with lots of nasty ingredients! For the longest time, I have been looking for the best guilt free cookie dough recipe, and I think I have finally found it!

Today I am sharing with you guys my holy grail whenever I have a sweet tooth craving, or just whenever I feel like eating some cookie dough. Which is like 3x a week haha. I first got this idea from @Annie_fitlifefitme on instagram, but have modified it into a recipe that fits what I like. You guys definitely need to try it out, it is the perfect guilt free cookie dough. 🙂

First things first you want to use two scoops of your favorite protein powder. My favorite is the Arbonne protein powder in the flavor vanilla. It is vegan, plant-based, gluten free, filled with lots of vitamins & minerals and o so delicious. You can also just do half a scoop if you aren’t wanting that big of a serving.

The next ingredient is almond milk! I use the unsweetened kind but you can modify this as well to fit whatever kind of milk you like. I add enough almond milk to turn it into a smooth but still thick consistency.

The last but definitely not least ingredient is peanut butter! This is definitely my favorite part. I add a little over 2 tablespoons. I know that is quite a lot but I loveeeee peanut butter and usually turn this cookie dough into one of my “meals.” You can substitute this for almond butter, cookie butter, etc.

This is my sister Sarah. She is a huge sweets person and loves to eat this too even though it is the healthier version!

You could also add peanut butter chips, chocolate chips, nuts, mashed banana, or whatever suits your fancy.
