Hi guys! Hope you all are having an amazing weekend. This weekend I had planned to be traveling to Lake of The Ozarks over in Missouri, but that got postponed due to the weather. So instead, I am chilling out at home getting some work done. 🙂 I don’t know when my obsession with leggings began, but ever since I discovered them they are one of the only things I wear haha. You can consider yourself lucky if you happen to catch me in jeans. About two years ago, I started exploring the different kinds of leggings and have never looked back. So in this post I am going to share with you some of the leggings you NEED in your closet and ones you can skip out on. Hope you enjoy!
Gymshark Camo Seamless
I got this pair for Christmas (in a medium) and have not been able to take them off ever since. They are seamless and o so comfy. They also have a compression fit waistband that will make your waist look tiny. I actually wore these leggings to one of my Christmas dinners, and oh baby it squeezed in my stomach. The food baby was not noticeable at all!! These pants have the gymshark lettering on the left side of the hip as you can see, and also has the logo at the bottom of the ankle. There is a butt scrunch on these leggings, so your booty is guaranteed to look good. Also, the camel toe is not existent in these. They are fully squat proof, and sweat wicking.
Gymshark Flex High Waisted
This pair I also got for Christmas. These leggings are super cute, but definitely feel like a more easy going pair if leggings. And by that I mean they are not compressioned at all. I also got this pair in a medium and they are a little bit on the looser side, so I would definitely size down in these. The leggings have a nice leg & booty contour. The camel toe is non existent, and has a minimal appearance of sweat.
These leggings were the first pair of leggings that I ever splurged on. I was nannying one summer in Fort Lauderdale and almost everyday I passed by a Lululemon store. So one day I went in and finally decided to treat myself to a pair. Fast forward to now and they are still one of my favs. The only complaints I have are that they do peel and dog hair sticks to them like there is not tomorrow. I know that most leggings do that, but these do it super bad. Granted, it could also be the fact that I have had them for two years. They have a slightly compressioned waist band, are squat proof, and are long in length. I got a size four for reference. I cannot believe I am saying this, but for the price of these I think that I would purchase a Gymshark pair over them. Eeek I know, but it’s true.
Kohls Junior Mid-Rise Leggings
I know what you’re thinking, “Kohls for good quality leggings???” and my answer would be yes!!! The only thing is I probably wouldn’t work out in them, but for your typical daily leggings they are so perfect! They are comfy, dog hair doesn’t stick to them to bad, and they last for a long time despite their cheap price. I am seriously in love! The only thing is they do stretch out a little bit throughout the day, but if that isn’t a deal breaker for you I would definitely snag these. These leggings do happen to be a bit see through if you are wearing super bright underwear. And to prevent a slight camel toe I would recommend throwing on some underwear.
Gymshark Fit Leggings
Another Gymshark fave are these fit leggings. If you cannot tell by now I am definitely a fan of seamless leggings. If you’re like me and enjoy the feeling of not wearing pants, you are going to LOVE these. The only downside is you may need to wear underwear with them. They are squat proof, but the material is very thin especially in the front area. Haha you can see every nook and cranny if you get what I am saying. Other than that I am totally in love! I got these in a medium as well, but would probably size down for a tighter fit. These also have one of those sticky elastic strips on the inside, so you don’t have to worry about them falling down.
Nike Pro Leggings
Ugh I feel bad. Nike doesn’t carry this exact pair of leggings, but I linked something in the same line as these. These leggings are super comfy, and perfect for doing cardio. They don’t show sweat & no appearance of camel toe. I would also just go with your normal size. The only down side of these leggings is that when you stretch the leggings they show the elasticity. So while they may be squat proof, they give the appearance that they aren’t.
No Boundaries Yoga Pants
I know these aren’t leggings, but omg I had to include them in here. I got these yoga pants second hand and have not been able to take them off since. They are so comfy, don’t stick to dog hair, are squat proof, no camel toe, and don’t peel! Even better you can get them for like ten bucks!!! Seriously, the best ten bucks you will ever spend. I would just get your normal size in these.
Thank you guys so much for reading. I hope you enjoyed this post!
I hope you all have an amazing week.
